I work with adults across the UK online, and also offer in-person sessions from my practice in South Norwood, South London. My practice is called Your Internal Life — a name that reflects what this work is really about: understanding the inner life that shapes how we feel, relate and live. Most of the people I see aren't in acute crisis. They're thoughtful, self-aware adults who are functioning well on the surface — working, maintaining relationships, getting through their days — but carrying something unresolved. Often they've tried shorter-term counselling or support through their GP, and found it helpful but not quite enough.
My particular areas of focus include trauma, anxiety, stress and burnout, depression, grief and loss, self-esteem, relationships, and loss of meaning.
Training & registration
I trained at the Guild of Psychotherapists. I hold an MA in Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy. I have been in private practice for 12 years. I am registered with the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP).
Who I work with
I work with adults in their late twenties and above. I don't work with couples, and I don't work with addiction. This isn't about judgment — it's about working within the areas where I can offer the most useful, focused help.
